Session will Highlight How to Redefine Female Leadership
San Francisco, CA – November 1, 2021 – Swati Tyagi, Vice President of Product at Sentieo, will serve as a featured speaker at the fourth annual Women|Future Conference 2021. Hosted by The Stevie® Awards, the five-day event will feature more than 140 speakers from organizations including Amazon Web Services, IBM, John Hancock, Pinterest, and SAP.
Tyagi will serve as a featured panelist on Monday, November 1st at 1:45 p.m. ET for a session entitled, “Leading Authentically in Male Dominated Industries.” Moderated by Lisa Murray, Co-Founder and President of Trevi Communications, Tyagi will be joined by fellow panelists Jessica Kline Founder & CEO, Backwoods Promotions Inc., and Sarah Sagredo-Hammond, President, Atlas Services, Inc.
This panel will aim to empower women working in male-dominated industries to lead authentically. Tyagi will specifically highlight why now is the time to redefine female leadership, how to cultivate confidence in a male dominated industry, and offer practical advice for how women can change their organization’s culture in support of rising female leaders.
